The first step in planning a successful catering event is to book as early as possible. Please contact us to secure the date of your event. We request three weeks notice for booking reservations. If booking an event with less than five business days notice, a fee of $75.00 is charged. This fee is necessary due to time constraints in ordering and staffing.

BILLING

Customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% on the estimated bill at the time of contract. The balance will be due within seven business days prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS

All contractor of catering service has a (3) three day cancellation policy. Any request for refund on deposit made after (3) three days of contract signing, a 25% refundable charge will apply.

Deposit made more than (30) thirty days prior to function and cancellation is requested, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Any cancellation request less than (30) thirty days prior to the function, the deposit will be non-refundable.

LEFTOVERS

For health and safety reasons, all non-consumed food items are the property of La Tropicale Catering.
